An apology....

I'm sorry ladies and gentlemen, apparently blogger has a default setting on the comments and only people who have blogger (or possibly Google accounts, so that would widen the field a bit) accounts can submit comments. I have changed it so now anyone who wants to should be able to submit a comment.
